TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Shipping & Delivery Process
We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers ("Logistic Partners") to ensure seamless delivery of your orders. Once your order is processed and handed over to our Logistic Partner, we will provide tracking details via email and/or SMS.
📦 Order Processing Time: 24 hours from order placement.
📅 Estimated Delivery Timeline: Displayed at checkout and shared via email/SMS.
Gentify Care reserves the right to ship orders directly without third-party logistics if necessary.
2. Delivery Charges
- Orders Below ₹499 → ₹50 Delivery Charge
- Orders ₹499 & Above → FREE Shipping 🚚✨
Note: Delivery charges apply to all orders on the platform.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 5 - 6 Working Days
- Major Towns & Cities: 6 - 7 Working Days
- Other Locations: 7 - 10 Working Days
95% of orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
4. Serviceable & Non-Serviceable Areas
While we strive to deliver across India, some locations may be unserviceable. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered, we will notify you immediately.
5. Delivery Attempts & Cancellations
- Our delivery team will make three attempts over three consecutive days to deliver your order.
- If all three attempts fail due to your unavailability, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).
6. Possible Delivery Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to:

✅ Weather conditions
✅ Strikes or government restrictions
✅ Natural disasters
✅ Other unforeseen circumstances
If delays occur, we will notify you via email/SMS, but we are not liable for any inconvenience caused.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment via our platform or the Logistic Partner’s website. Tracking updates may vary due to system updates or technical issues beyond our control.
8. Shipping Fees & Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
✔️ You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (verified by our team).
✔️ A return is approved as per our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
Once a product is delivered, title and risk of the product pass to you.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are processed through our reverse-logistics partners in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
